Shipping Policy
With the exception of holidays, all orders received will be processed the following day.
Our standard shipping service is based on 1 day processing, plus 2-6 day transit time. Each order will incur a 5$ shipping fee nationwide unless otherwise specified through promotions and deals.

Missing Shipments
Please re-check the tracking information provided to you in email. In the event the shipment has not arrived within 10 days after placing an order then please contact us : info@bambioandboo.com
Ordered The Wrong Item
In the event the wrong item has been ordered, please send back to our warehouse address which is detailed below. The return shipment fee will be paid by you, all packages must be in unopened and undamaged condition. Upon receipt our warehouse will inspect the items before issuing a refund/exchange.
Damaged Items
Please note we only accept refunds on unused diapers. If your diaper is damaged on arrival, or there's something wrong then please send an email to info@bambioandboo.com with a picture outlining the problem.
Once approved, please return the diaper to our address highlighted below with the item's tracking number. Upon receipt at our warehouse we will inspect the item and issue a refund.
Each bank's refund times may vary. In the event you have not been issued a refund then please follow up with us so we can better help assist.
